Bad installation and even worse service

Fenster has a great product, but unfortunately, their service does not match the quality of their product at all. The silicone on all the windows had to be redone, as it was just smeared all over the window frames and wall. The front door was not ordered in time and was only delivered 4 weeks after the installation. All the sealing rubbers between the window and frames were skew or not installed properly. I finally had enough and placed them on terms on the 2nd of September by email. Today I get the invoice, after none of my complaints have been addressed. I had to get an outside contractor to finish the installation.

I spoke to other clients of theirs and they have had similar experiences. All the while, their Sales manager maintains that this was a flawless installation. They are the most expensive company in the market and one would expect that the service would be on paar with their pricing.
