Not conforming to mutual agreement

I spoke to Johan Croucamp last week regarding my pool that has cracked, faded some places to almost white within - 5 months, paving that has lifted, expensive slate tiles that were ruined by his workers (because there were no supervision), blower switch that is out of order, etc. etc. It is inconceivable that a swimming pool can deteriorate is such a short time. The guarantee of the pool means nothing as Mr. Croucamp yet again just promised to fix it but nothing happened. He stated that I will receive a letter from his attorney on Monday the 20th of January which will serve as proof that he will come and fix his unacceptable pathetic work. Needless to say, I haven't received any letter, false promises yet again.
I will continue to post on Hellopeter until this man rectifies his work or until his business closes down. It is time for Carte Blanche to step in now.
