Pay money at your own risk

I paid in full to Johan Croucamp for a pool in August last year. He told me he will install the pool within two weeks. The rest is history. I have received numerous excuses from how his car broke down, car accident, heart attack, finishing off another pool, staff on strike, staff did not return from the weekend to downright threats of violence against me for requesting a full refund.
I regret the day I paid my money to this company and anyone else paying Johan Croucamp must know that he will never get that pool installed or have their money refunded.
I have begun legal proceedings to recover my money, and I suggest anyone else that is owed must do the same as soon as possible because talking to him is just wasting time.
Another gentleman on this site (Alwyn) suggested getting together to expose this man, and I agree and will sign up.
