Credit R11 000 owed by Eugene Smith - ES. Design

Eugene Smith from ES Designs owes R11 000 to us. In January 2011 he provided quotation to do work at our house reflecting a credit of R11 000 which was money he owed to me. We did not accept his quote and the work did not commence. Eugene Smith refuses to pay the R11 000.

I have emailed, called, politely requested he pay to no avail. Have sent a letter of demand and finally blacklisted him. Eugene will not take our calls and does not reply to our emails and put the phone down on the debt collector I requested assist me in getting my money.

Eugene Smith cannot be trusted with his word and does not honour his agreements.
