Unhappy with workmanship

The contractor quoted for replacing the damaged facia boards, what they have done is cut off the damaged parts used them again, I can only see that they have replaced 2, this was not the agreement. They have even filled with some kind of poly filler the damaged boards instead of replacing them, as well as resorting to cutting off the damaged part and turning it around so that I would not notice. They have broken, (even the roof) so much while replacing the facia boards. They have painted the house and he tells me I only need to buy two more litres as they only have to paint the outside room, you can clearly see that they have not painted two coats in some of the areas. When I phone him, he always has some kind of excuse, I am at my wits ends and on top of that he has had all the money due.

Who can this be reported to? He belongs to the Nhbrc, but they said that it is only when they build houses.
