Service at Collection Point of Building materials

I have been to Builders quite regulary as to buy materials for paving bein. The staff taking and printing the orders, i only have 1 problem with. Their loud and ontinuous noise whilst you wait for them to serve you..

The second terrible experiences I have every timed is with staff at the collection point. I have in total bought 14 bags of plaster mix. They address people as if we are dogs. They take your sheet of paper with the order on and either instruct you to drive to another point or to wait. They then have chats along the way. Now on Thursday at 17h30, I went to collect a further 4 bags. The guy took the sheet and disappeared. Eventually came back 25 minutes later pushing and leaning on the trolley with the 4 bags of plaster mix. He off loaded and then advise me that he was going to get the gate pass. I asked him to rush it a bit but at this point he laughed at me and just carried on walking up the ramp. He eventually returned with the gate pass after which a further 10 minutes had lapsed. This is a total wast of time as well as insulting that we are being treated this way. I als notice the water wastage. The hosepipe is full of holes and water running.
