Defective bedroom suite and poor customer service

I purchased the Michelle bedroom suite and headboard from the above company on the 5/12/2012 together with a Milano genuine leather lounge suite which was paid for in cash. In January one of the headboard drawers came off its hinges and broke. The base of the sleighbed was also damged as it was sinking on one side. I then contacted the salesman Younus on several ocassions since January and he only attended to my query in March 2013. The repair service removed the drawer and said that they will attend to the damages and to date i have not heard any response from them. They tried to fix the base, however it is still damaged as its still sinks to one side and is very creeky. To date Younus has not responded to our calls nor did he follow through with my compliant for the past 6 months. I find this unacceptable as this was a large cash sale deal which was paid for in full and would like a full replacement for my bedroom suite and pedestals or a full refund. This is very poor service from a well established and popular imported furniture store.
