No help when looking for products

I went to B/W this morning to purchase down lighters and transformers plus I needed advice, no one in the isle, went to customer desk, the lady phoned (?) and was told the assistant was on tea, she then said she would get the electrical manager, waited, she phones back to be told he was in a meeting, haha best excuse in the book, she than asks for someone else and I waited and I waited and I waited, whoever it was did not come, so eventually I left without purchasing anything and my problems were not solved.
