Constant lying from Builders Warehouse Manage

I had ordered tiles and cement from Builders Warehouse on Saturday, and I had instructed the delivery to be made on Tuesday ay 16.00. On Tuesday afternoon, I waited for the delivery guys until 17.30, but nobody showed up, then I left. I did not receive a call from the delivery guys or from the Management to explain that they will be late or for an explanation. The next morning after I laid several complaints, the manager Authur informed me that the delivery guys took my number down incorrectly, and they could not reach me to inform me that they could not make it. That was the 1st lie. I got a call during the day to inform me that the delivery guys were instructed to deliver on Wednesday and not Tuesday as per my instruction note. This was the 2nd lie, as I had written down Tuesday 16.30. The manager has already twice.

However, he promised the the delivery will be made at 3pm on Wednesday. I waited on Wednesday from 3pm until 5.30pm for the guys until they showed up.

When the guys were unpacking the stock, I noticed that some of the bags of cement were damaged, and I had sent them back to be replaced. I was informed by Aurthur that it will be replaced. I am still waiting.
