No show, No communication. No service

This company is best described by the phrase, "Don't judge a book by its cover". Fooled by the professional looking website, I thought I would receive professional service and requested a quote for roof repairs. From the start something just didn't feel right and this became clear by the lack of communication that would be the norm with Rooffixa. An appointment was made, the time agreed to and confirmed - but for whatever reason, no-one arrived. No phone-call, no sms, no email - nada! Almost an hour later, tried to call Grant - no answer. Sent sms - no answer. I concluded this is definitely a company to avoid. Any company that shows a complete lack of respect for appointments, doesn't contact you to explain and re-schedule, shouldn't get your business - Rooffixa being one of those companies. Only after having this experience, did I do a search on HelloPeter and found someone else had posted a similar complaint about them - only confirming what I now already know. Rooffixa is bad news, whatever way you look at it. Use at your own peril.
