Drain Surgeon
No service at all

I phoned the drain surgeon on Friday morning the 17/05. I requested for a team to be sent out to sort out a blocked drain at my house in Brackendowns in Alberton. I informed the lady at the call center that I would be home to meet the plumbers after 11AM. After getting home at 11 and waiting till 3 in the afternoon I decided to phone the call Center to see what the delay is. I was informed that the Joburg office would contact me with more information. After about 10 minutes the Joburg office phoned me and asked me if I would be available because they wanted to send a team out now. That means that the job was never booked out in the the first place when I had phoned in the morning. I am a external sales rep and I waisted my whole day waiting for this problem to be sorted out. I phoned another company afterwards and my problem with the drains were sorted out with 1 phone call and they were cheaper. I would like someone from the Drain Surgeon to explain to my boss why I couldn't get any of my work done on Friday. Pathetic service!!!
