Utter poor aftersales and customer service

Is it common practice that store managers ignore complaints and turn a blind eye to extreme poor workmanship?
I had carpets installed which were bought from and arranged by BW Centurion, however, after personally going in to the store twice leaving messages for the manager to phone me and a mail sent, with photos outlining several complaints, to [Email Removed] on 24 JUne and 4 July and still no answer?
Is it part of the company corporate training that managers are taught to ignore customer complaints, not even aknowledge receipt or courtesy call to state that nothing can be done. Perhaps the photos and stories should be published in the local Centurion newspaper, if only I had a name to link with the utter poor service received.
Please provide me with the contact details of the regional manager or head office complaints line as soon as possible.
