Loan

I took out a loan at buid it, for building materials, Via Nedbank .then i had to cancell due to unforseen circumstances. The lady told me she cannot cancell the loan coz she will loose. They did not send the money back to nedbank and am on the system, i cannot buy anything form funisher shops i look like a bad payer. They have ruinned my name. And i also went to nedbank to try and make an arrangement for me to pay the charges but no luck. PLESE ASSIST.
