Bad service

An Isoboard ceiling was installed at my premises. The wooden floor on top of the ceiling caused a drip that erroded the ceiling. After a long battle with Build It I had to replace the ceiling at my cost. i don't even want to go into the bad service I received from Build It. The fact of the matter is that Isoboard had the decency to pay a refund for the ceiling to Build It. This refund should have been paid to me as compensation but till this day Build It has made no attempt to pay the funds back to me. Apart from the bad service that I received this is a downright injustice.
