Failure to provide service after payment

We paid this supplier for various work including repairs/replacement of wooden doors, glass etc at a house in Bedfordview. He subbed the work to Gavin who completed some of the work but failed to replace a door, fix a shower door, and other items agreed upon. The value of the uncompleted work was R2000 out of a total of R12 000 paid. We have phoned Riaan repeatedly over a period of two months. He promises to come to complete the job nearly every second day. He even says he is on his way to the house and then fails to appear. He promised that any work not completed by Gavin he would personally do himself. Clearly he has no intention of completing the work. Be warned not to use this unethical company
