REPAIRS OF DAMAGE HOUSES INSURANCE CLAIM

In December 2012 during the horrific hail storm in the East of Johannesburg several houses was damaged i.e. roof, windows etc. Suburb Investments asked me to help them with numerous claims on roof damages I accept and worked round the clock to help some of their customers. Even until just before Christmas. Just before closing time in December holidays I handed in my Invoice for payment of R37 000.00 for all costs involved i.e. material, labour to Suburb Investments. The Manager Kirsty was on her way to her holiday destination and said she will pay me. She did pay me but in drips and drabs and in January 2013 she still owe me R13 000.00. After negotiatons an amount of R9 000.00 is still outstanding until today., 3 June 2013. After countless emails and phone calls no response. She comes up with all kind of excuses and I am now at the end of my patience with her. The carpenters is also still waiting and I lost all of them because they do not trust me anymore because I did not pay them for their hard work in November and December. This situation is getting out of hand and I want my hard earned money! I am desperate!
