My brand new Weber Gas Braai would not ignite the side burner and after trying to work out the problem Weber were contacted directly from the supplier I purchased the braai from.
We were telephonically advised to try and clean the connection but this did not work.
I phoned Weber in the afternoon and by 5.30pm Warren Grossi was at my door to sort out the issue.
His friendly nature and willingness to go the extra mile to keep a customer happy has certainly left me delighted that I chose to purchase a Weber product. I am very impressed with their after sales service. A big thank you and well done, must go them
