I have won a Webber braai and upon assembly I noticed that No. 1 of the One-Touch Damper blade is missing. There are 2 x No2 blades and 1 x No. 3 blades. Without this blade I am unable to make use of the braai to the best of its ability.

I emailed the Webber complains contact and within 24 hours I received a call from Grant Havenga requesting more details and to ensure that we are on the same page. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Grant ensured that he has my correct details and followed up to ensure that the blade will be delivered to the correct address.

I received the correct blade on Wednesday - delivered to me - and returned the additional blade. I will definitely not hesitate to deal with Webber again.

Amazing service - Wish all suppliers can take a page out of your customer service book!!!
