Poor and Dishonest delivery service

I'm deepely saddened by the delivery service at Koringpunt store and the dishonest of the their employees. I bought bags of cement cash from the store on the 09 May 2013. I was promised delivery on the 13th of May 2013. When i called on the day. I was then promised delivery yesterday. When i called again late yesterday, i was promised delivery today. I called in this morning and i was promised delivery during the day. As im typing this, it is 18h18 and i still dont have delivery and im sure im still going to be promised delivery again tomorrow. Is this how Cashbuild is training their employees? To be dishonest and to their customer. im deepely saddened by your service, honestly and i dont see myself ever coming back to do service at any of your stores. I will let my frinds and families know about how you treat your customers.
