Failed post service delivery

I hired Jacks Irrigation in December 2013 to lay the sprinklers for the garden. He assured me the piping should be laid at least 50cm deep so that no fork can damage the piping, as that was my biggest concern.
He completed the job 2 days later. A few days after we started loosening the soil to lay the grass, only for the fork to strike the piping and this happened in three different areas. The piping was laid literally 10/15cm below. I called Jack to replace and fix the problem which he had caused. Each time I call him he says he is in a meeting or he will come tomorrow. Many tomorrow's have passed and he has yet to fix the problem.

He is rude and such a and it's people like him and his company that makes you weary to trust anyone.
