Really bad customer service!

I purchased my HP printer through Bethesda in May 2012. It gave endless problems and had to be taken in to Bethesda three times before HP stepped in and took over the situation. After sending me a replacement unit (that was also faulty), it was agreed that they would send me a "buy-back" offer. This was sent through on 27 February, 2013 and I was told that the money will reflect in my account by no later than 21 days. The money was never paid back and any attempts to contact the person I had dealt with have fallen on deaf ears. I have finally got hold of a name that I am to deal with, but was simply told by his secretary that he was on training and will only return to the office next week Tuesday (a week later)! No alternative person was even suggested and when I threw my toys out the cot, she gave me another name. But lo and behold, he's also not available!
I am at my wits end and I just want my money back, so that I can replace the unit! My business is suffering everyday that I do not have a printer. I really think this is terrible customer service and I will think very carefully about using HP again in the future.
