I have legally bought and own CorelDraw software. I am legally licensed to have three (3) installations. I am trying to activate my third installation and it will not allow me to. I have reinstalled my entire pc, called the customer care line, spoken to a 'head honcho' there, (Gerhard Metrailler), searched and read thought Corel's self help videos and content, then sought help in the forums and elsewhere, the last step was to contact a technician (Aleksys) who informs me that I have to PAY for a help ticket! How ridiculous is this!? I really lost all respect I had for Corel! Be careful before you purchase Corel- There are other rival programs like Adobe who offer instant support, and this new paying for help idea could be a big mistake for Corel!
