I have used this forum to find resolution as well as to give thanks for excellent service - HelloPeter gave the man in the street the height and clout to be 'noticed' & dealt with as an equal & not discarded as a lone insignificant voice in the wilderness.

The Companies that silenced the voices of displeasure found on these pages were doing so not out of the goodness of their heart but as a PR excercise - this forum presented a loud & 'Goog-libel' database of complaints pointing directly back to them.

The solution they were faced with was to actually talk to & solve problems with their own customers - the benefit would be a 'clean slate' and the label of "Company that Responds". A great PR exercise of turning 'accusation' to 'accolade', but at least the customer benefitted.

The problem being that they actually had to talk to the customer and resolve the issue in order to be labelled as such - well no longer - they have found a loop-hole & are trampling a highway through it AND HelloPeter is aware of this but has done nothing to stop it.

The same label can be gained by a simple 'cut-and-paste' reply stating that they are so sorry that you have suffered in this way but don't worry Jenny Soap from Customer Services will be contacting you later today to personally attend to you & that's IT!
