Great site, but just one question

Hi. Thank you for HelloPeter.com. It is a great site that has helped me get resolution on many matters where big companies seem to treat their customers badly. I have a question / comment though (Sorry for posting it here. I cannot seem to find an email address on your contact us page): Companies who respond should not be allowed to simply put a "copy and paste response" and do nothing to sort out the issue. To me, that is not a response. It needs to be meaningful. For example, MTN. They almost always have the same pasted response, in order to save face with the public and make it seem like they care, but then simply never sort out the problem. I had to post many complaints about them, all with pretty much the same "copy / paste" response, but they still did nothing about it (Many months later, my issue was finally sorted). Possible solution to deter big corporations from doing this is to maybe have something that a customer can flag the company as simply doing the above and not sorting their issue. If a company has a large amount of these flagged scenarios, maybe they can get a warning, and if things don't change, lose their "company that responds" status. Just a thought. Thanks!
