Morning,

I've always been a great fan of Hello Peter as I'm a big fan of promoting good customer service but we've recently received a very unfair negative comment on Hellopeter.com. We not in the wrong at all but the customer is just throwing the blame at us because he can. He's even since apologized but doesn't see the value in removing his comment.

Now for a small business trying to grow we now need to pay in order to be a 'company that replies' I think its very unfair as there's no small business package and you making money off negativity. I initially assumed Hellopeter.com earned a revenue solely from adverting. The customer forum should then merely be seen as a fair value added service for the benefit of customer caring businesses.

If you were a company who also cared about giving great customer service you would understand exactly where I'm coming from.
