Most unfriendly and bad attitudes persond

The persons who work the enquiries, if there is anybody, is surely the most unhelpful, irresponsibly and goodness knows what else of persons I have ever seen in my life! How many official languages do we have in South Africa? Because surely I think it is a thing they do not want to help you if you speak Afrikaans!! I wonder how they got there jobs and who did there interviews but I can answer that question myself!!! It is pathetic
