Good day,
I have been trying to reset my password for a couple of days with no response from you! I called the call centre this morning and they told me the lady that sends the new passwords werent in for a couple of days, when I asked her if anybody else was given the responsibility whilst that lady was on leave she said NO???
This is unacceptable! Surely you should make sure that all your departments have personell and can help
customers.
O and another thing, the answering machine asked me if I would like to be helped in Afrikaans and English to which I selected Afrikaans. Just to be put through to a english consultant??? And she cant speak a word of Afrikaans??? Whats the use of asking!!!
