Emoployment to South Africans

I went to China cities around Johannesburg for shopping and I was suprised to find that there are no South African employees working in the Chinies shops. Mr President you promised all South Africans that you will create jobs for us but at China cities they dont create jobs for South Africans but foreigners who cant even speak any 11 official languages in South Africa. I plea to you to please send delegates to investigate this matter because its a serious concern.
