Good day. I am having problems with scanning, faxing and printing. I have installed the software numerous occasions and still have problems. I bought new ink cartridges from a reputable supplier, genuine Lexmark ink cartridges and periodically it tells me the ink is low. After powering off and on again the ink shows half full the after printing 2 pages it tells me the ink is low. I have spent R750.00 on new ink cartridges and still comes up with this message. Sometimes it tells me that it does not recognized the black ink and then I have to open and close the cover. Then on occasions it will say that the lid is not closed, I am sick and tired of battling with this printer. The consultant wants me to help him figure out if it is software issues. In the meantime My business is inconvenienced because of us unable to print, fax, copy or scan documents. Please help sort out this rubbish.
