I had windows problem wth my pc and a friend advised me to cal hp to report and the tecnican took my details and promised to send me some discs to help fix my windows.3 days later as i was leavng for wrk th sercurity tels me tht i got a fed ex yesterday.today a tecnican over the phone help me step by step to restore my windows.it took an hour bt she was ever patient wth me.even after my normal grantee had expired they managed to do something for me.for a gal whos tecnologically changalled its piece of mind indeed
