Prompt fixing of laptop problem

The motherboard of my HP Laptop DV7 (i7) packed up just before the December 2012 holidays. Due to the festive holidays, suppliers were closed and my problem could only be attended in January 2013. In the end, the original supplier provided an incorrect motherboard which did not allow for the use of the i7 processor. Instead an i5 processor had to be used. When i expressed my concern to Locanet (Jaco), he immediately took the necessary steps to resolve the issue and obtained the motherboard from HP. Within a week and after proper testing by Locanet, my laptop was returned in as good as new working condition.
