A more disappointing shopping experience than at BT Games, Canal Walk, you won't find!! From the surly shop assistants lurking behind the counter to the unprofessional manner in which customers are dealt with... these guys are way ahead of the pack!

I purchased a XBOX 360 headset, and realised at home that it did not work. Back at BT, I was informed that the product needs to be tested before proceeding. This is obviously understandable. The problem arose when it came to light that this could take approx 2 days, as no testing equipment (xbox console / tv) is available in-store to attend to this! What an unprofessional setup. ALL I WANT IS A REFUND.

When I voiced my obvious annoyance, one of the shop assistants sarcastically invited me to post a complaint on HelloPeter. This morning I received a call from the "Regional Manager", Justin, who stated that he would take the headset home to test it! Once again, UNPROFESSIONAL!

I do not want the item - I want a REFUND. Obviously these guys have not heard of The Consumer Protection Act!!

With bright spark employees like these, who needs the recession?
