Unacceptable Service

I recently upgraded my cellphone contract at the above-mentioned store and was treated with great service from the staff especially one Lester Sheriffs, the manager of this branch. The contract that I upgraded to was for a Nokia Lumia, that came with an XBOX 360 Slim console. Upon taking the console home and switching it on I got the "Red light of Death" - which to any known user of the product basically means that it came with Hardware difficulties and does not work. Still being under warranty, I took the console in for it to be repaired. It has been almost 7 weeks since I took in that Xbox for repairs but Vodacom is completely stubborn in either repairing or replacing it. Lester, from the shop, has been jumping through hoops trying to get my Xbox back to and I commend him for his numerous efforts, but it has been to no avail. This is completely intolerable. Vodacom needs to shape up and either fix, or replace my XBOX 360 slim, cause I am sick of waiting, or paying for a product that they've been keeping hostage for more than a month. Sort this mess out ASAP!
