Very Bad Service

Its unbelievable that a company that provides services to well known retail stores does not allow a customer to chat to a manager or supervisor to discuss their service. Sorry the line is busy will get them to return your call, which never happens.
On the 26/01/2013 had data base problems which was repaired on the 27/01/2013 in-store, and a understanding was given that the sales from the previous day would be up loaded, which never happened and unable to get someone to do it. Therefore unable to do stock takes and month end reports.
The hard drive was taken away for an upgrade and never returned.
The system is far too slow compared to its usual, but no one is willing to sort out the issue.
Unable to log to the server from a certain central computer.
All these problem date back to the 26/01/2013.
