Phones not working and no stock

My cell phone is giving problems, keeps crashing.
Tried phoning store, unable to get through. I have to drive 20 Kim's to store to find that they are unable to check my account because their system is down.
I am due for upgrade, no stock of cell that I would like. Promised to phone me and advise.
It has been four days, have not heared anything.
I am waiting on a call for a job, but could miss this as cell phone is not working!
Well done Virgin for a telecommunications company you!
Oh you won't be able to call me as we both don't have comms!
