No joy with customer support

I have tried to resolve a printer/scanner for days. All the contact for support pages just lead from one robotic question to another with nothing relating to my specific problem. I have updated and installed all suggestions to no avail. I just want to send a normal query via email (an option given though I am unable to do!) Just give me a regular email contact for support, please!!
