No Service Delivery!!!

GG Consulting provides us with Mitel PABX system.

On the 16 Jan 2013, we placed a order with Rushka Lee (Sales Consultant) for 3 x new Wireless IP phones and 5 x additional licenses. As per quotation, installation was calculated at 2 hours labour.

On the 01 Feb 2013, we made a payment in full of the quoted amount and I requested service delivery date from Rushka, she informed in a mail on the 01 Feb 2013 at 933: AM the following;

"Good Morning Gawie,

I trust you are well?

The stock will be delivered to your offices on Monday.

Kind regards"

It is now 12 Feb 2013 11:04 AM and we are still awaiting installation.

Sad thing is that we have already placed another order and made 50% deposit as requested by GG Consulting.

I wanted to cancel the order and get another supplier, but unfortunately payment has already been made, so I suppose we will wait for 2 weeks for service delivery again.
