2 months on, camera still not repaired

LetMeRepair have now had my Panasonic camera since December 6th last year. When I handed it in for a simple switch repair, I was told that the average return time was 16 days.

When I have managed to get a response from emails or phone calls, which is not often, I get told either that the part has been ordered and "it will be in this week" or that it is stuck in customs.
These contradictory excuses have been going on for over a month now and I'm fed up of chasing and being fobbed off.

I realise that sometimes things go wrong, but then it's up to the company in question to make things right as best they can. Sadly, I really don't feel that LetMeRepair are trying to do anything about sorting this problem out. I'm hoping that getting in touch on here will prompt them to actually get my camera fixed - something I have paid them over R600 to do.
