Took my camera in on the 20/08/2013 had to phone 28/08/2013 as i had not heard anything, to be told its going to take 6 to 8 weeks to get my camera back. I am going overseas on the 7/09/2013 and they were told that. You cannot get anyone intellegent, they go round in circles as do the politicians with their excuses. They boast " service EXELLENCE" what a JOKE.
