Letmerepair, has a real poor service attitude. I purchased an HP machine DV7 Envy assuming it was one of the better high spec'd machines. this unit has given me endless hassles. Letmerepair is the HP preferred partner for support. The team Based in PE are not focused on what they do. the individuals that are employed at this office don't seem to have any idea of customer service. I have really poor service from them over the years. I as the customer, has to take responsibility to follow up with them on calls logged, follow up on repairs, follow up on deliveries. there call center agents are clueless on complaints logged, I once logged a call for my LAN card and they sent a tech to me with a WLAN replacement part. the delay here was almost 3 weeks. Hisense I do really feel pity on your customer base now that you have partnered with letmerepair.
