Great service

After searching for a good printer I ended up on HP's site where I found the exact item for my needs at home. Checked for the printer at the usual retailers only to find the best price direct from HP. (No delivery charge). Placed my order on Monday with possible delivery within 2 days. No expectations. Well the printer arrived on Wednesday morning (yesterday) and was fully installed by me on my home network via wi-fi by lunchtime. Congratulations HP. Your service was excellent and your product even better. I am now the proud owner of a HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545, printer, scanner and copier. (All done by a previously technically disadvantaged member of society who started his career in banking when there were no calculators or computers).
