Holds no water!!!

This company lists unverified reports from customers when they very well know that all industries or business will have a unhappy client at some stage regardless, whether it is justified or not.
They are not trying to look after the interest of the consumer but are merely trying to make a buck for them self. If a supplier wants to defend himself with a response one first have to register with them and pay them money to do so. This amounts to extortion and I think that this should be investigated by the authority's.
