One thing that seems to work in SA

I had a problem with a seller on Bidorbuy and I will leave it at that. I was running out of idea on how to solve the dispute I was lucky to stumble across helopeter after writing a report I finely started seeing something happening as I got some feedback from management and not just a call centre with no a thoroughly to tack action. I would like to thank everyone involved with helopeter for this service. In a country that nothing seems to work I can say I have found a small glimmer of light.
I'm still being sent from pillar to post and hope I can get my dispute sorted out soon but with sites like helopeter I feel I have got a fighting chance.
