Late delivery

We placed an order with Barbara at 8:35. Its now 10:31 and we still have not received out order. We phoned now and spoke to Barbara to complain. She was unapologetic and a bit irritated. She then transferred me to Portia who also could not assist. Then Isaac was on the line. We advised Isaac that we reporting this to Helopeter. He asked should he still place the order since we taking them to Helopeter? I mean my question now was: Was our order actually processed or will only be done now that we have complained? This is totally unacceptable as we always order from Wimpy
