One problem after the other

I ordered my laptop from you last year. When I received it its battery was faulty within the first 6 days of receiving the product.. So after 2 weeks you finally picked it up. (This is even though I paid extra for the 3 Year Next business Onsite warranty).
So you took 4 extra weeks to send me my laptop back. When I received it turned it on and the battery still wasn't charging. This was round about 20 December.

I called and asked if you could send me a new laptop seeing that I reported the problem within one week of receiving it. I received that laptop on 14 January. When I turned it on I saw that this was in fact not the right laptop and that it had only 4gb of RAM and a 1tb hdd instead of the 8gb Ram and 8gb ssd 1tb hdd combo drive and it had W8 SL instead of Pro. So I delivered it to your office (because I could not wait 2 weeks for a courier) to put in the right hardware and a windows 8 copy which is upgradeable to 8.1. Now I still cant upgrade to 8.1 because you installed a volume license version. My PC has failed to boot 3 times in one week and I have to do a system restore each time. You aren't answering you phones at SLI department and aren't replying on emails.
