Subscription to which I didn't subscribe

I cant get the fact that I am subscribed to something I didn't choose. How can a company deduct airtime from something with out their knowledge. This has been going on for a while and my question now is do I get reimbursed for all those time money was taken. It's ridiculous. Imagine my surprise when I get my bill and I see charges that I dnt know of. Isnt this illegaland aren't there laws against these type of things?
