Difficulties With Returns

I ordered a waterproof mp3 player. Upon receiving it in December I tested it because it was supposed to be a Christmas present, and it did not work as indicated by the manual. The device would not charge and play the songs I put on it. I requested to return the product since it was within their 7-day return policy. They contacted me back in January and after many emails gave me a quotation for a courier service to send the product back - which I have to pay for - and ranges between R165-R278. They have ignored many requests as to what their address is so that I can either post it via Speed Services or deliver it myself, since that would cost me much less money. Every time I call the call gets cancelled so I cannot reach them directly. I would just like to return the product at the smallest cost possible and get my money back. They are in Johannesburg and I am in Pretoria, the address on their website is also not correct.
