Unauthorised Debit

My account was debited on the 25th of November 2013.
I was promised a refund within 2 working days. Two weeks passed, I called again and I was promised a refund within a day. It's almost been a week and every time I call the phone is busy.

I work ' hard for my money, I don't expect anyone to just come and take, I am not some kind of a ATM. I want my money. I will involve my lawyers if I have to.
