Great service

Hi, my Dell laptop had problems recently. I called the Dell service dept. up in Jo'burg (i stay near Durban) as my pc is still under warranty. I expected them to tell me that i would have to send it either up to them or to a branch in Durban. They took my details and in less than 24hrs, a technician was at my house and replaced the parts needed. Awesome service guys, thanks.
