Cell provider complaint

OK, so I have a complaint about one of the cellular providers. Since I wasn't prepared to be completely ripped off by them (they expect R150 for a micro sim on prepaid - something I got for FREE from one of their competitors), I have NO account with them (refer to my statement above - I am not prepared to be robbed blind) and also no cell no - but I cannot log a complaint since your site insists that I have to be a customer of theirs.

Rather irritating to say the least & makes me wonder what use the site actually is?
